Please note: Sioux Falls-area state parks include Walker's Point, Lake Herman, Newton Hills, Lake Vermillion, Big Sioux, and the Palisades. You can make reservations up to 90 days before your arrival, and non-South Dakota residents must pay a $7.70-per-site nonrefundable fee. If you plan to camp, you'll also need a camping permit.
