The city of Sioux Falls continuously strives to provide a safe and accessible environment for all.

Hotels, venues, attractions and all organizations that serve our guests also have access to ADA checklist for Existing Facilities.

The city also follows a strict ADA Transition Plan required by Title II 28 CFR part 35.150 of the Americans with Disabilities Act to develop and implement a transition plan to recommend corrective actions in order to provide access to public programs and facilities equally to the citizens of Sioux Falls.
