Our summers are always full of amazing events and festivals, but here are six that you won't want to miss.

Fall Festival

The Country Apple Orchard's annual Fall Festival will be held each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during September and October. Kids will enjoy the wide range of activities like large jumping pillows, hay bale maze, petting zoo, apple cannon range, plus many more. And there will of course be delicious treats like apple pie, caramel apples, and apple cider donuts.

Lifelight Festival

The annual Lifelight Festival will be held on September 6 at Nelson Park. This year's lineup includes Danny Gokey, KB, Willie Robertson, Cochren & Co., and more. This free event brings together people of all ages for a powerful celebration of faith, music, and community.

Sanford International

The PGA TOUR Champions returns to Sioux Falls for the annual Sanford International at Minnehaha Country Club September 11-13. See some of the legends of the game tee off on this beautiful course for a chance to take home the trophy on the final day.

63rd Annual Sidewalk Arts Festival

Shop from over 200 vendors at the 63rd annual Sidewalk Arts Festival on September 12. This free, outdoor market in Downtown Sioux Falls features a wide range of vendors selling everything from home decor to body care products, kitchen accessories, food, and more.

Oktoberfest Celebrations

Mark your calendar for these upcoming Oktoberfest celebrations in September where you will find German food, beer, games, music, and plenty more entertainment. On September 12 Remedy Brewing will be holding its 10th annual Oktoberfest. On September 26 you will have three options to choose from with the Holiday Inn City Centre holding its 3rd annual Stacks & Steins, Fernson Downtown holding its 2nd annual Oktoberfest, and the Great Plains Zoo holding an Oktoberfest adult night.

13th Annual Downtown Riverfest

The 13th Annual Downtown Riverfest on September 19 along the Big Sioux River Greenway near Cherapa Place in Downtown Sioux Falls will be a day filled with live music performances, entertainment, vendors, and more.
