Experience Sioux Falls will be recognizing five individuals and one business with its Visitor Industry Awards during the Visitor Industry Luncheon. Purchase your tickets for the Luncheon if you haven't already.

First Impression Awards
Recognizes an employee who comes in direct contact with visitors and consistently provides extraordinary customer service.

• Attraction
  An example of this could be an employee who goes above and beyond by educating the guests and making sure they have a great experience.
• Hotel
  For example, this could be an employee who is always giving out recommendations to guests for things to do or places to eat during their stay.
• Restaurant
  For example, this could be a very friendly server who is remembered by returning customers due to previous positive interactions.
• Retail
  As an example, this nominee could be someone who gives the customer their undivided attention and helps out in any way possible.

Business
Recognizes an individual, business, or organization in the visitor industry who exemplifies innovation, creates impact, and causes our region to shine as a visitor destination.

Heart of the City
Recognizes a person who has made a significant contribution to the visitor industry through inspiration, spirit and excellent leadership.
