A Homestead Brew embraces a farm-to-table type approach to brewing whenever possible. So in 2012, we started a hop farm near Valley Springs, SD. We are a locally owned family hop farm built on the same land our grandfather built his homestead over 100 years ago. Our mission is to provide locally grown, quality hops to breweries and home brewers in and around South Dakota.

**Hours:**  
Friday 5pm-9pm  
Saturday 2pm-9pm  
Monday-Thursday by reservation or special event
