Jump Rope Jamboree

As part of the 2025 National Jump Rope Championships, the American Jump Rope Federation is offering a free Jump Rope Jamboree—a workshop led by national-level jump rope athletes and coaches.

Our goal is to expose more youth to this portable, inexpensive, equitable, lifetime fitness activity, and to share our passion with others. Kids will have a chance to learn a variety of jump rope skills, games and double dutch. Additionally, they'll be able to stay and watch some of the competition!

The event is free for youth ages 7 and older. We hope you'll share this information in your community.
