Yin is a deep stretch class where postures are held for two to seven minutes to help stretch body parts such as fascia, tendons, and ligaments while stressing joints and activating meridians in traditional Chinese medicine. The practice creates greater flexibility and mobility. We recommend this class to anyone that lives an active lifestyle, and believe this could benefit all athletes, yogis, as well as those dealing with chronic low back pain. Registration required.
