Waterfowl Management Overview

The sounds and sights of geese and ducks flying overhead are the tell-tale signs of the changing of the seasons to spring and fall. Senior Waterfowl Biologist, Rocco Murano, will be presenting, Harvest and Habitat Management. The program will include information about federal frameworks, The Central Flyway Council, research, and surveying and how hunting seasons are determined. In addition, it will include the need for habitat conservation, partnerships and how you can help. This program will also include a waterfowl identification activity to test your waterfowl id knowledge!
