Downtown Loft Tour

Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. will once again host the Downtown Loft Tour. During this self-guided tour, individuals will have the unique opportunity to view vacant and occupied lofts that would not otherwise be available for the public to view.

Register the day of the tour at the Cascade apartment building at 701 N. Phillips Avenue. The actual tour will take place between 10:00am - 4:00pm. Admission is $5 per person. Children 12 and under are FREE.

You will receive a guide with a map of all participating properties at registration.
