Opening Course:
German Sausage and Pretzel Bites served alongside assorted dipping mustards
Main Course:
Schnitzel - A slice of pork that has been pounded, breaded and fried to a golden crisp.
German Cucumber Salad- A creamy summer salad made of sour cream, vinegar and dill
German Mashed Potatoes- Creamy mashed potatoes with bacon
Dessert:
Apfelstrudel- A flaky Austrian pastry filled with tart Granny Smiths to perfectly compliment sweet whipped cream and rhubarb sauce
