Welcome to **Meikamp Brothers Bakery**, a family-run microbakery built on early mornings, sticky fingers, and a whole lot of brotherly love. What started as a front-yard bake stand has grown into a small-but-mighty weekend tradition—run by parents, powered by pastry, and often taste-tested by our three young sons.

Each weekend, we bake up buttery croissants, filled danishes, and crowd-favorite kouign amanns. We proudly source our pastries from a trusted artisan supplier and bake them fresh in small batches—bringing you clean-label, European-style treats with all the flavor and none of the fuss. Whether you order ahead through Hotplate or visit our stand just north of I-90, we’re honored to be your go-to for weekend sweetness and small town charm.
