Plan a Trip to Sioux Falls Around SiouxperCon

Many people associate “Con” events with comics, but it’s so much more than that! SiouxperCon is a family-friendly event with three fun-filled days of the best in pop-culture, fandom, and all things STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math.)

SiouxperCon will be held at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, September 30 – October 2. The theme of this year’s even is Retromania, which will feature many of your favorite classics. SiouxperCon will feature a wide variety of guests including Jim Beaver who has starred in shows such as Deadwood and Supernatural, as well as Food Network personality Justin Warner, and many other notable comic artists.

You will find everything from board games, video games, and comic books, to cosplay, sci-fi, fantasy, and horror. SiouxperCon truly does have something for everyone, including a designated Family Fun Day.

Enjoy some of the classic arcade games at EightyOne Arcade Bar in downtown Sioux Falls such as pinball, Pac-Man, and more. You can even order yourself a delicious pizza and a beer in between games. Kids ages 13-17 are allowed with an adult until 8pm; after 8pm it's 21+.
