### Hot Classics Night

### Sioux Empire Fair

The [87th Annual Sioux Empire Fair](https://www.experiencesiouxfalls.com/events/87th-annual-sioux-empire-fair) makes its return to the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds July 31 - August 8. Indulge in some of your favorite fair food like corn dogs and funnel cakes, ride the Ferris wheel, see the farm animals, play games, and be sure to catch the daily entertainment on the Grandstand which includes a lineup of touring acts.

 

 

  

 

 

### Downtown Open Streets

The streets will be closed to traffic and open to pedestrians for a portion of downtown Sioux Falls on August 7 for [Downtown Open Streets](https://www.experiencesiouxfalls.com/events/downtown-open-streets-4). Held on the first Friday of May, June, July, and August, Downtown Open Streets features a wide range of vendors and activities.

 

 

  

 

 

### Heartland Country Corn Maze

Opening weekend of the [Heartland Country Corn Maze](https://www.experiencesiouxfalls.com/events/heartland-country-corn-maze-final-year) is August 14-16. Navigate your way through the 11-acre maze in the design of an eagle. Search for hidden clues along the way to earn yourself a treat at the end. The corn maze is open each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday beginning August 14 and running through the end of October.
