Greatest Show on H2O

The Greatest Show on H20 at Catfish Bay officially opens its summer season of water ski performance shows on June 26. See amazing water skiing tricks, stunts and a funny family friendly stage show.

Downtown Open Streets

The streets will be closed to traffic and open to pedestrians for a portion of downtown Sioux Falls on July 3 for Downtown Open Streets. Held on the first Friday of May, June, July, and August, Downtown Open Streets features a wide range of vendors and activities.

Independence Day

Celebrate our country's freedom during the Sioux Falls Independence Day Parade on July 4, followed by musical performance from Andrea Ross & Her Big Band at Levitt at the Falls. End the day of celebration at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds for a free fireworks display.

Mondays at McKennan

The annual Mondays at McKennan music series begins on July 6 with a performance by Neo Johnsons. This weekly concert series at the McKennan Park bandshell that runs through August is a great way to sit back, relax, and take in the tunes while enjoying the beautiful scenery in this gem of a park.

Hot Summer Nites

Hot Summer Nites returns to Downtown Sioux Falls on July 15 where you will see both classic and new Corvettes on display in the 8th & Railroad Center area. Walk around to look at the cars and then enjoy food trucks, live music, and more entertainment.

Sioux Falls Airshow

As an event that is only held every three years, locals are eagerly awaiting the Sioux Falls Airshow to make its return July 18-19 at the South Dakota Air National Guard. This free event gives you the opportunity to see incredible air stunts and fly-bys along with many other static and ground displays. You won't want to miss this!

Hot Classics Night

The 9th Annual Nyberg's ACE Hot Classics Night will feature a wide range of classics cars on display across many different makes and models. Wander the streets on July 25 to admire the cars while listening to live music on the stage. Food trucks and adult beverage vendors will also be available.
